2 cans mixed vegetables containing carrots, green beans and peas
1 can cream of chicken soup
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp. seasoning mix
Pillsbury Pie crust- 2 thawed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oven on Bake 350
In a medium sized mixing bowl, place chicken and vegetables
In a small bowl add soup mix and blend with milk and spices. Pour over chicken and vegetables and mix lightly
Spray the pie plate lightly with cooking spray
Place 1 of the pie crusts into a pie plate letting the edge extend over plate edge by 1″ all around
Pour chicken mixture into pie crust
Wet edges of bottom crust with water. Top with 2nd crust and crimp edges pinching all the way around crust. Cut off any excess crust and cut vent holes in the top of the crust
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until fully heated and top crust is golden brown
