Ingredients
- ½ cup cooking oil
- ¼ cup chopped garlic
- 3 cups white wine
- 2 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 2 packs Sazon seasoning
- 2 tbsp. kosher salt
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Directions
Heat oil in a saute pan. Add chopped garlic and cook to a light golden brown color until garlic starts sticking to pan.
Deglaze with white wine and add powdered garlic, sazon and salt to dissolve.
Remove from heat and allow mixture to cool.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix with a wire whisk.
Store sauce in a container until ready to serve pasta dish.
