Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Pork tenderloin, trimmed and sliced into ¾” slices
- 2 Tbsp. crushed Red Pepper
- ½ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 head Garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. coarse salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- Marinate pork in all the ingredientsfor 4 to 24 hours
- Discard marinade and heat grill
- Grill from 5-10 minutes each side.
