Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs Pork tenderloin
- 1 head garlic- chopped fine
- 2 tbsp course salt
- 2 tbsp crushed red pepper (not dried)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ cup white wine vinegar
Directions
Cut pork into 3/4″ slices place slices into a large glass bowl. Mix in all ingredients and marinate at least 24 hours.
Grill until meat is cooked well.
