Ingredients
- 2 lbs. peeled and deveined shrimp, 30/35 count
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup toasted bread crumbs, Panko crumbs are great too
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic and onion powders
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- Honey Mustard dip
Directions
In a flat dish, combine egg and 1 Tbsp. water.
In another dish, combine crumbs, and dry ingredients.
Dip shrimp in egg, then roll in crumb mixture.
Place on a well-greased backing sheet. Drizzle oil over shrimp.
Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes until shrimp is golden brown.
