(Emily’s favorite)
Ingredients
- 1-2 large cucumbers- peeled & sliced
- 2 tbsp light sour cream- or plain yogurt
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cider vinegarette
- ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
- ¼ cup sweet onion sliced thin
Directions
Combine all ingredients into serving bowl and mix. Let sit at room temperature for half an hour and serve.
