Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Potatoes (Peeled and quartered)
- One onion peeled and cut in quarters
- Salt & Pepper
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup of milk
Directions
- Place a medium pan of water on high to boil
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of salt to the water
- When water is at a rolling boil, carefully add the potatoes and onion and
let cook for 20 minutes - When fork tender, drain the water and return to the stove on low heat.
- Mash potatoes and add seasonings, butter and slowly add milk while you
continue mashing potatoes until smooth..
