1 lb. Ziti or similar pasta, cooked to directions on box
White Sauce
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
Salt & pepper
½ tsp. each garlic b onion powder
½ tsp. nutmeg
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
In a medium sauce pan, melt butter. When bubbling add flour a little at a time. Whisk flour and butter until well mixed and balls up in the pan
Slowly add the milk while you are whisking the mixture over low heat. The sauce will thicken as you let it heat. When it looks thick, add some more milk and continue until all milk is added and the sauce is thick.
Add dry seasoning, cheese and chicken to sauce and taste for flavor.
When the pasta is cooked and drained, place into a serving dish and top with sauce.
