(Jane’s Favorite)
Ingredients
Brownie
- 1 pkg. Fudge Brownie mix
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup water
- 2 eggs
Filling
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup butter- softened
- -1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to bake 350°.
Prepare brownie mix as directed on package, using oil, water and eggs. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and butter; beat until smooth, add 2 eggs and blend well.
Spread half of brownie mixture in prepared pan. Carefully spread peanut butter mixture evenly over chocolate mixture.
Spread remaining chocolate mixture over peanut butter mixture.
Bake for 30 to 33 minutes. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled.
Makes 20 servings.
