Pecan Caramel Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 package Butterscotch Pudding- not instant
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Directions

Prepare the night before

Grease bundt pan well. Place one package of frozen rolls in pan.

Mix pudding and cinnamon well sprinkle rolls with ½ cinnamon/pudding mixture. Place second package of frozen rolls in pan and sprinkle with rest of pudding/cinnamon mixture.

Melt butter and pour over rolls. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans.

Cover tightly with foil and let stand in a cool place (do not refrigerate) overnight.

The day of

Preheat oven to 350 ° and bake for 30 minutes.

Carefully invert onto plate while still hot. Serve warm or cold.

Can be cut when cooled or when still hot pull apart and enjoy.
