Pistachio Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 boxes instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 pint of whipping cream
  • chocolate bar

Directions

Preheat oven to bake 350°.

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and water and one box of pudding.

Pour in greased bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes.

While cake is cooling beat whipping cream and pudding together until it forms a peak.

Once cake is cooled completely, frost with cream and pudding mixture. Top with chocolate shavings.
