Ingredients
- 1 thin loaf of hard crust bread, cut
- into rounds
- 4 oz. smoked salmon
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 1 bar cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup capers, coarse chopped
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Directions
Arrange bread slices on a cookie sheet and toast in oven for 5 minutes on bake 350. Remove from oven and set aside.
In a medium size bowl, mix cream cheese with onion and capers.
Spread cheese mixture on toasties and top with a small piece of salmon.
Arrange on a serving plate along with lemon wedges.
