Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 1-2″ cubes
- 2 Tbsp. crushed Red Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. coarse salt
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 4-5 cloves Garlic, chopped
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl (or zip lock bag) and mix well.
- Let meat marinate for at least 2 hours before placing onto skewers for
grilling. - You can also place into zip lock freezer bags and freeze for up to 3 months
- Thaw in the refrigerator, grill and enjoy.
