Steak Tips – Carne Espito

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. beef tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 1-2″ cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. coarse salt
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic, chopped

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl (or zip lock bag) and mix well.
  2. Let meat marinate for at least 2 hours before placing onto skewers for
    grilling.
  3. You can also place into zip lock freezer bags and freeze for up to 3 months
  4. Thaw in the refrigerator, grill and enjoy.
