Ingredients
- 3 lbs. small clams, washed well
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- ¼ cup EV Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. crushed Red Pepper
Directions
- Heat Olive oil in a large stock pot on medium heat
- Add garlic and saute for 3 minutes
- Add clams and top with red pepper, cover and cook for 10 minutes until
clams open - Toss with cover still on to coat clams with sauce
- Serve with crusty bread
