Steamed Clams

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. small clams, washed well
  • 4 cloves of Garlic
  • ¼ cup EV Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. crushed Red Pepper

Directions

  1. Heat Olive oil in a large stock pot on medium heat
  2. Add garlic and saute for 3 minutes
  3. Add clams and top with red pepper, cover and cook for 10 minutes until
    clams open
  4. Toss with cover still on to coat clams with sauce
  5. Serve with crusty bread
