Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs sirloin tips or beef tenderloin
- 1 head garlic (smashed and chopped)
- 2 tbsp course kosher salt
- 2 tbsp en-shed red pepper (not dried)
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
Directions
Cut steak tips into 1″ cubes removing excess fat and place into a large glass bowl.
Mix in all ingredients and marinate at least 24 hours.
Skewer meat and grill until desired wellness.
