Ingredients
- ½ cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- ½ tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Combine mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Mix well with a small whisk.
Gradually add the olive oil until blended.
