Mexican Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can Hormel Chili, hot with beans
  • 1 bar cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped red & green pepper
  • 1½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Pre-heat oven to bake 350 .

In a medium size bowl, mix chili with cream cheese until well blended.

Place in a medium sized casserole dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheese and then onions and peppers.

Bake for 30 minutes until the sides bubble and the cheese on top is melted.
