Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Thin Skin Red Potatoes
- Salt b Pepper
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- Parsley (dried or freshly chopped)
Directions
- Place a medium pan of water on high to boil
- Add 1- 2 tbsp. of salt to the water
- When water is at a rolling boil, carefully add the potatoes and let cook
for 20 minutes - When fork tender, drain the water and return to the stove. Place on the burner on low so the potatoes dry a little.
- Add butter to potatoes along with dry seasoning, stir well to coat and serve
