Boiled Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Thin Skin Red Potatoes
  • Salt b Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • Parsley (dried or freshly chopped)

Directions

  1. Place a medium pan of water on high to boil
  2. Add 1- 2 tbsp. of salt to the water
  3. When water is at a rolling boil, carefully add the potatoes and let cook
    for 20 minutes
  4. When fork tender, drain the water and return to the stove. Place on the burner on low so the potatoes dry a little.
  5. Add butter to potatoes along with dry seasoning, stir well to coat and serve
