Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup brandy or orange juice
- ½ orange- zest and juice
Directions
Place cranberries in a 13 x 9″ baking dish with orange juice and zest; sprinkle evenly with sugar. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
Remove from oven; stir carefully and press gently on cooked berries.
Add brandy; stir until well blended.
Pour into dish and cool completely.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
