Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Crab meat
  • 1 cup. bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ – ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • Olive Oil

Directions

Mix crumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise and seasoning.

Add crabmeat and mix gently but firmly. Add a little more mayonnaise if needed to hold together.

Shape into cakes and fry until golden on each side.
