Ingredients
- 10 cups Red skinned potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ pkg goat butter or ½ stick butter
- ¼ cup chives- chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¾ cup soft unripened goat cheese
Directions
Boil potatoes for 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain water and mash with heavy cream and goat butter.
Stir in chives and season with salt and pepper.
Stir in goat butter and serve.
