Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs. Red or White Small Thin Skinned Potatoes
  • Coarse Ground Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Crushed Rosemary

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°
  2. Wash potatoes well and cut into quarters
  3. In a medium sized bowl toss with olive oil, and dry seasonings
  4. Place in a roasting pan and place into heated oven
  5. After 20 minutes, stir potatoes to turn over. Bake another 10-15 minutes until soft
