Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. Red or White Small Thin Skinned Potatoes
- Coarse Ground Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Crushed Rosemary
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°
- Wash potatoes well and cut into quarters
- In a medium sized bowl toss with olive oil, and dry seasonings
- Place in a roasting pan and place into heated oven
- After 20 minutes, stir potatoes to turn over. Bake another 10-15 minutes until soft
