Ingredients
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 stick butter
- 1 head garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. white pepper &salt
- 2 packets of Sazon
- Seasoning, for fish
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. Frank hot sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon or 3
- Tbsp. Real Lemon juice
- 1 can beer
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
Directions
- In a frying pan over medium heat add olive oil and 1/3 stick of butter
- When hot, add chopped garlic and saute for 2 minutes and add shrimp and dry ingredients. Add Shrimp, Scallops or chicken.
- Next add Red Hot and lemon juice and mix to coat
- Saute for 2 more minutes turning shrimp when cooked on one side, then add beer
- Cook until sauce begins to boil and pour into a covered serving dish
- Saute remaining batches and add to a covered dish. Top with parsley and serve.
