- 3 dozen small little neck clams
- Garlic Powder
- Squeeze Parkay Margarine (yes, really
Ted swears by it) - Grated parmesan cheese
- Vi lb bacon cut into 1″ squares
- Green pepper and Red if you have itdiced
small - Sweet Onion- diced small
Directions
Preheat oven to broil. Wash and open all clams keeping only ½ of each clamshell. Loosen clam from bottom shell and place onto a backing sheet that has been covered in aluminum foil. When all clams are opened and placed onto coolie sheet, sprinkle each with garlic powder, squeeze a
dollop of margarine, sprinkle with cheese, use one bacon square and top with a mixture of onions and peppers. Broil until brown and crunchy about 10 minutes.
