Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Cream Cheese- softened
- 1 can Hormel’s Chili with beans- Hot
- 1½ cups grated cheddar cheese
- ½ cup red peppers- chopped fine
- ½ cup sweet onion- chopped fine
- ½ cup green pepper- chopped fine
Directions
Preheat oven to bake 350°.
Mix softened cream cheese with can of chili in small bowl. Spread evenly in ovenproof casserole dish. Top with grated cheese to cover.
Place chopped vegetables in a pattern on top of cheese.
Place in oven to bake for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
