Kelly’s Mexican Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Cream Cheese- softened
  • 1 can Hormel’s Chili with beans- Hot
  • cups grated cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup red peppers- chopped fine
  • ½ cup sweet onion- chopped fine
  • ½ cup green pepper- chopped fine

Directions

Preheat oven to bake 350°.

Mix softened cream cheese with can of chili in small bowl. Spread evenly in ovenproof casserole dish. Top with grated cheese to cover.

Place chopped vegetables in a pattern on top of cheese.

Place in oven to bake for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
