Kim’s Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 large jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Directions

Preheat oven to bake 300°.

Chop artichoke hearts and place into medium bowl with cheese and mayonnaise and sour cream.

Spread into an ovenproof casserole dish.

Bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbly around edges. Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
